Jupiter Will Be A Sight To See Tonight- If you’ve never really “stargazed,” you need to tonight.
Get out your telescopes because Jupiter will be brighter tonight than on any other night of the year. The giant planet will be visible to the naked eye when it starts rising in the eastern sky at sunset, and will set in the west before the sun rises on tomorrow.
It will appear brighter than usual because tonight Jupiter makes its closest approach to Earth. With a telescope or binoculars, you should be able to see four of Jupiter's bright moons. Source: KOMO
