Police were called out to Heather Locklear’s home in Thousand Oaks, California. She was arrested Sunday on domestic violence and battery against an officer charges.
According to the 911 call, Heather’s brother stopped by and saw his sister and her boyfriend fighting. He made the call, and the cops showed up. A Ventura County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said, “During the officer’s investigation, Locklear was uncooperative and agitated. She was not only verbally uncooperative, but physically abusive to officers.” He went on to say, “She attacked three of our deputies and was arrested. There was also evidence that she had battered her boyfriend.”
Heather was taken in on a felony domestic violence charge for beating up her boyfriend. She also got three counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer. After she was taken to the hospital for an injury she claimed she sustained, she was taken to jail. She posted her $20-thousand dollar bail early Monday morning.
- ONE MORE THING! Hours after Heather was arrested, her boyfriend, Chris Heisser, was arrested for DUI. His blood alcohol level was point-19 – more than double the legal limit of point-08. For the record, Heather and Chris were high school sweethearts who recently reconnected and have been dating since last year.
