Nearly two years after Stone Temple Pilots launched their search for a new singer, the band have released “Meadow,” a new song featuring their new vocalist Jeff Gutt, a former contestant on “The X Factor.” According to a press release, “Meadow” will also appear on the band’s new album, due out in spring 2018. In a statement, Stone Temple Pilots’ Dean DeLeo said, “We wanted someone who would not only do our earlier songs justice, but would also write new songs and carve out a different path forward with us.
